The driver of a freight truck registered in Romania has pulled a dangerous stunt on a busy highway in Italy. He turned his truck around on the highway using a narrow passage between the opposing lanes when he realized he had taken a wrong way and that he was running late, according to Mediafax.

His move was caught on a traffic camera. The Italian police arrested the Romanian driver and fined him EUR 8,000 for endangering traffic. The driver also lost his license and his truck was banned from public roads in Italy for three months.
