In the last show of the series Maklowiczv visited the LancertA vineyard in Buzau county, where he cooked with local chef Lucian Ciuparu (in picture,right) from the guest-house “Varf de Brad.”
The Polish chef tasted regional products such as Plescoi sausages, Babic and Ghiudem and had a look at the wine production process of the LancertA vineyard.
Robert Maklowiczv is a Polish journalist, historian and cook. Since 1998 Maklowicz has appeared in a weekly show that presents local cuisine from regions all around the world.
