New airline launches flights between Romania’s Cluj-Napoca and Istanbul

Turkish low-cost airline Pegasus Airlines will operate regular flights from the Cluj International Airport in Central Romania starting June 2.

The flights, which will be operated three times a week, will link the airport in Cluj-Napoca to the Sabiha Gokcen International Airport, one of the two airports serving Istanbul. The flights are scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, reports local Mediafax.

Pegasus Airlines is a leading low-cost airline in Turkey with a network that comprises 103 destinations in 40 countries.

Several airlines will serve passenger flights from the Cluj International Airport this year, namely Tarom, Lufthansa, Wizz Air, LOT Polish Airlines, Blue Air, Vueling and Pegasus Airlines.
