Music, theater and film at visual arts festival in Romania’s Vama Veche this August

A new edition of the visual arts festival Oscar Lights Vama (Vama Sub Lumini de Oscar) will be organized in Vama Veche seaside resort between August 21 and August 30.

The festival will include free photography, film and painting classes and workshops, as well as concerts, movie screenings, and theater plays. The Lemon Bucket Orkestra (Canada), InFusion Trio (Hungary), and Romanians Vali Bărbulescu, Kumm, Lucia, Adrian Naidin Band, The R.O.C.K. AC/DC Tribute, Trupa Veche, and Timpuri Noi, are part of the event’s lineup.

The public will be able to see Romanian and foreign documentaries, movies, and short films on the two screens to be placed on Papa la Soni and Acolo Bar beaches. The program also includes days dedicated to foreign films – British Film Days, Norwegian Film Days, Ukrainian Film Days, and Swedish Film Days.
