Marine Le Pen, key speaker at conference in Romanian mountain resort this weekend

French politician Marine Le Pen, the president of the National Front party, will be the key speaker of the Our Europe – A Europe of Nations international conference to be organized in Sinaia mountain resort on April 16.

The event, organized by the Movement for a Europe of Nations and Freedom and Romanian MEP Laurentiu Rebega, is part of a series of meetings held in various EU countries, members of the Europe of Nations and Freedom Group in the European Parliament.

Other MEPs to take part in the event are French politicians Edouard Ferrand and Ludovic de Danne, Italian Riccardo Molinari, Czech Republic’s Tomio Okamura and Radim Fiala, Dutch Marcel de Graaff, and Austrian Franz Obermayr. Romanian personalities will join the MEPs at the conference, according to a post by Laurentiurebega.ro.

Some of the topics to be discussed at the conference are the clash of civilizations and the danger of cultural imbalance in Europe, the institutional drifting of the European Union, the nations’ cultural force, and the European Union seen by the eastern member states.

Marine Le Pen and the other guests will hold a press conference after the event.
