Which are the first tenants of the Timpuri Noi Square offices in Bucharest?

Vastint Romania, which is part of the Switzerland-based Interogo Holding and was part of the Inter IKEA Group of companies until May 2016, announced that it signed the first lease contracts for the mixed-use complex Timpuri Noi Square, located in Bucharest.

The first tenants are dcs plus and Impact Hub Bucharest, which have rented a total area of 3,350 sqm.

Dcs plus is one of the global leaders in providing IT solutions for the tourism industry whereas Impact Hub Bucharest offers shared workspaces.

At the beginning of this month, the Romanian restaurant group Fratelli also announced that it had leased 2,200 sqm in the project’s retail area. Fratelli will open four new units there under various brands.

The Timpuri Noi Square project offers a rentable area of 100,000 sqm of office space and commercial areas plus another 50,000 sqm of residential space. The project’s first two buildings, which are currently under construction, will have ten floors and a rentable area of 12,300 sqm, and 17,300 sqm.
