Which companies made the biggest capital increases in Romania in March?

Czech group CEZ carried out the biggest capital increase in Romania in March this year.

They boosted by EUR 300 million the capital of Ovidiu Development and Tomis Team, the two companies through which they operate the largest wind park in Europe.

The wind park has a total capacity of 600 MW, with 240 turbines that are 100-meter high. It is located in Dobrogea, 17 kilometers away from the Black Sea.

CEZ brought EUR 158.4 million to the capital of Ovidiu Development and EUR 153 to Tomis Team.

The third largest capital boost was made by the Portuguese group EDP, which increased the capital of EDP Renewables Romania by EUR 26 million.

Turkish group Banvit increased the capital of Banvit Foods by EUR 18.3 million whereas Premier Capital, the new owner of the McDonald's franchise in Romania, increased the company’s capital by EUR 17.4 million.
