Classifieds site in Romania sets fee for ads in the car segment
Romania’s largest classifieds site OLX.ro has introduced for the first time the compulsory payment for publishing ads in the auto category.
It has thus changed its business model that was based on the free publication of ads. Up until now, the site has only been charging for the ads’ promotion services.
The minimum price for the publishing an ad is EUR 4.8 when paying by card and EUR 6 if payment is made via text message, reports local Ziarul Financiar. If the users wants to promote their ads for 30 days, they will pay EUR 18.
