Although Romania’s capital will no longer host the Snooker European Championship, three of world’s best professional players will be in Bucharest this May for the Best of Snooker event.

Mark Selby (the current World No. 1), Neil Robertson, and Judd Trump will meet at the Globus Circus in Bucharest, on May 22.

Mark Selby, 32, is an English professional snooker player who won 16 trophies so far. He is the 2014 World Snooker Champion and the current World No. 1.

Australian Neil Robertson, 34, is also a professional player, the current number three in the world. He won the 2010 World Championship.

Judd Trump, 26, is an English professional player from Bristol, the current number five in the world. He even registered a video for his fans in Romania (watch it below).

This is the second such event organised in Bucharest after the exhibition match between Ronnie O'Sullivan and Stuart Bingham, which took place in November 2015.

Tickets for the Best of Snooker gala in Bucharest cost between RON 100 and RON 800 and can be purchased from Eminescu, Librarium, Carturesti and Humanitas bookshops, the BiletFan stand at Unirii 1 metro station, Vodafone, Orange and Germanos stores, and online at biletoo.ro, and eventim.ro.
