Austrian group Immofinanz rebrands its malls in Romania

Immofinanz, one of the leading real estate investors in Romania, will bring the VIVO! retail brand on the local market, and will start the rebranding process of the four commercial centers within its portfolio.

Polus Center Cluj will become VIVO! Cluj, Maritimo Shopping Center Constanta will be called VIVO! Constanta, Pitesti Mall will become VIVO! Pitesti, and Gold Plaza Baia Mare will be VIVO! Baia Mare. The implementation of the new brand in the shopping centers, with a total area of 147,000 sqm, will be completed in 2017.

“Through these brands, we focus on a high level of standardization that allows us to expand rapidly. For our tenants and their customers, our brands represent a commitment to quality and service,” said Dietmar Reindl, Chief Operating Officer at Immofinanz.

The branding process includes the complete change of visual identity, as well as the modernization of interior spaces. The investment will amount to several million euros.

Immofinanz also plans to start the development of a new retail park in Brasov.
