And we’re happy to let them know it’s possible to do extreme sports in Romania. No, we’re not talking about the day to day life, which, as long timers already know, can become quite adventurous. Romania-Insider.com has rather found out some places where you can try extreme sports in Romania, and checked how much it costs to spend time this way.

Scuba diving

Diving offers the chance to discover a new world under the water: the marine flora and fauna. Romania offers a wide range of locations where you can dive, such as the Black Sea, where you can explore various wrecks, or various lakes in the country, caves and even places where you can dive under the ice.

You can try Aquarius Dive Center, located in the city of Constanta, Respiro Dive Center in Mamaia, Nautilus Club in Oradea, Scubalibre Diving Center located in the capital city. Prices for diving can vary between EUR 25 and EUR 160, depending on the time and numbers of diving sessions, while to rent the necessary equipment you can pay around EUR 20. In case you want to buy it, you have to be ready to pay between EUR 100 and EUR 400, for a full equipment.
